These terms apply to all sales of secondhand and replacement medical equipment components by Guangzhou Zimiao Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zimiao Medical", "we"). All items are supplied as spare parts for equipment maintenance and repair purposes — not as medical devices for clinical use, not new, and not OEM original products. We are not authorized by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any original equipment manufacturer. Brand and model names are used solely for compatibility identification.
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Stock is confirmed at quotation time but not reserved until payment is received. Orders are confirmed by our Proforma Invoice (PI).
Items are sold per the published grade on the listing (Grade A, B or C) and the condition notes on the product page. Every item we list is function-tested and graded. Condition notes describe flaws observed at testing; buyers may request the test record for any unit before ordering.
Bank transfer (T/T) to our company account; PayPal accepted for small orders (buyer covers fees). Full payment is required before dispatch. Invoices are issued in USD — the standard currency for cross-border B2B trade; your bank will convert the payment to your local currency automatically. Other currencies can be arranged on request.
Shipment method and costs are quoted per order. Risk passes to the buyer on handover to the carrier. Buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties and taxes in the destination country, and for confirming that the item may lawfully be imported as a secondhand maintenance component.
Warranty: 90 days from date of receipt, applicable to all grades (A / B / C). Warranty covers core functional failure under normal installation and operation only. Excluded: cosmetic issues described in the condition notes, damage from improper installation, misuse, liquid ingress, unauthorized disassembly, and normal wear. DOA claims must be made within 7 days of receipt with photos or video. See the Returns & Warranty page for process.
The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility with their own system before purchase. We will assist based on the system model you provide, but final fitment confirmation rests with the buyer.
These terms are written in English. Disputes are handled first by friendly negotiation between the parties.
